THE SCHEDULE
What to Expect
9 am
Arrival & Welcome
Settle in, meet your fellow guests, and ease into the day with a warm welcome, light refreshments, and an introduction to the day's flow.
10 am
Guided Workshop
Begin your day with gentle movement — either a grounding yoga class or an active walk along the scenic Delaware River. Awaken your body and set intentions for the day ahead.
12 pm
Cooking Class
A hands-on cooking class led by Margaux, featuring simple, nourishing recipes built from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Learn how to make food that truly fuels your body — and enjoy the process
1 pm
Garden Lunch
Head outside and enjoy what you just made together. A beautiful farm-to-table lunch in the garden, made entirely from fresh ingredients — eaten al fresco with good company and good energy.
2 pm
Group Conversation & Art Gallery
An intimate group discussion followed by a guided visit to the art gallery, hosted by Cheryl Hazan. A moment to reflect, connect, and be inspired.
4 pm
Farewell & Send-Off
Close out the day with warmth and gratitude. Leave feeling nourished, clear, and ready to carry this energy home with you.

Our retreats are hosted at a private property nestled in the rolling hills of Bucks County — a setting that feels genuinely removed from the pace of the city.
The property features meadows, walking trails, and a beautifully restored farmhouse kitchen where all meals are prepared fresh. It's the kind of place that makes you exhale the moment you arrive.
